This User Agreement (referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the terms governing the relationship between the Company and individuals who use the TonyaGym website. It’s important to understand that TonyaGym is not a mass media outlet. By continuing to use this site, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the TonyaGym website.
Upon successful order completion, you will receive an email with detailed instructions for use. Please note that this site provides streaming access to video content only; downloads are not available. However, within 30 days of payment, you may request a downloadable copy of the video, which will include a visible watermark.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES
User Prohibitions:

- Do not share or distribute the video content, in whole or in part, with unauthorized individuals.
- Do not sell or otherwise monetize the video content or any portion thereof.
User Entitlements:
- Users may search for information on the website.
- Users may receive information from the website.
- Users may comment on content posted on the site.
- Users may request the administration to conceal any personal information.
- Users may request the administration to conceal any information they have submitted to the site.
- Users may utilize the site’s information for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Administration Rights:
- The administration reserves the right to establish, modify, or revoke rules as deemed necessary.
- The administration may restrict access to any information on the site.
- The administration may create, alter, or delete information.
- The administration may delete user accounts.
- The administration may decline registration without providing a reason.
User Obligations:
- Users must ensure the accuracy of all provided information.
- Users must safeguard their personal data from unauthorized third-party access.
- Users must update their Personal Data provided during registration if changes occur.
- Users must not copy information from other sources without attribution.
- When copying information from other sources, users must include author information.
- Users must not disseminate information that promotes war, incites national, racial, or religious hatred and hostility, or any other information for which criminal or administrative liability is prescribed.
- Users must not disrupt the site’s functionality.
- Users must not create multiple accounts on the Site if they belong to the same individual.
- Users must not engage in actions intended to mislead other Users.
- Users must not register an account on behalf of or in place of another person, unless legally permitted.
- Users must not post advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive materials, or any other information whose placement is prohibited or contradicts current legislation.
- Users must not use scripts or programs for automated information collection and/or interaction with the Site and its Services.
The Administration undertakes to:
- to maintain the functionality of the site, except in cases when it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
- to carry out versatile protection of the User account
- protect information whose dissemination is restricted or prohibited by laws by issuing a warning or deleting the user account that violated the rules
- provide all available information about the User to the authorized state authorities in the cases established
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTS
The administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by third parties.
In the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.
TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement comes into force for any use of this site.
The Agreement ceases to be valid when a new version of it appears.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
The Administration does not notify users about changes in the Agreement.
