We endeavor to incorporate all customer feedback and rectify any deficiencies in the content and structure of our digital offerings. However, should your acquisition prove unsatisfactory, we are prepared to review your substantiated claim within a 30-day period commencing from the date the digital product was dispatched to you via email.

Your payment for the product signifies your acknowledgment and affirmation that you have reviewed its comprehensive description and demonstrative version (trailer). Furthermore, it confirms your understanding of all product attributes, including but not limited to: file format, video duration, playback codec, spoken language, and the inclusion or exclusion of translations and subtitles.

• Within 30 days following the email delivery of your order, you may lodge claims pertaining to the subsequent technical parameters of the digital product:
• Inability of a standard media player to play the entire file or any constituent part thereof.
• Presence of visual interference during video playback.
• Absence of sound, insufficient volume, audio distortion, or the occurrence of noise interference during playback.
• Discrepancies between the video’s quality, resolution, or duration and the advertised specifications.
• The voice-over language not corresponding to the declared language.
• Subtitles failing to align with the stated parameters.
• Any other technical anomalies affecting the file.

Claims concerning the subjective quality of the video content, such as the performance of involved characters, the thoroughness of material coverage, the clarity of explanations, or other aspects unrelated to the file’s operational integrity and its declared technical video and audio specifications, will not be entertained. Prior to finalizing your purchase, it is incumbent upon you to thoroughly review the demo version (trailer) to establish the requisite level of confidence for your acquisition. Once access to the video has been granted through download or password login, the product is deemed utilized, thereby precluding eligibility for a refund.

Should you possess a well-founded claim, it must be submitted to us via our contact form within 30 days from the date of digital product receipt. The claim must contain the following mandatory particulars:

• Your full legal name.
• The unique order identification number.
• The precise date and time of the digital product’s receipt via email.
• A comprehensive and detailed exposition of the claim’s nature.
• Your preferred resolution, specifically: replacement of the product with an identical or alternative one, or a request for a monetary refund.

We prioritize the resolution of claims through the replacement of a defective file with an identical, fully functional one. Alternative methods of claim satisfaction are considered by us only in exceptional circumstances. In instances where a refund agreement is reached, the reimbursement will be processed within 5 working days from the date of our acceptance of the refund. Our support service may need additional information about the technical characteristics of the devices on which you tried to play the file, as well as the software with which you did it. Please provide this data on the first request. We guarantee the confidentiality of this information.
