All video assets are provided as downloadable links in the universally compatible FullHD 1920×1280 AVI format. These files are engineered for playback on any device, across all operating systems, and with any media player. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to convert your acquired content into any media format that aligns with your specific requirements.

Upon successful processing of your order payment, your digital product will be delivered automatically and without delay. Delivery will be made to the email address specified during the ordering process. We strongly advise careful attention when completing the order form, particularly concerning the entry of your email address. Should you not receive your order immediately following payment, please allow a brief interval and consult your email’s spam or junk folder.

If your product has not been received within one hour of full payment confirmation, please confirm the accuracy of the email address provided on your order form. If an inaccuracy is identified, kindly contact the site administrator via the contact form provided below.

For orders with a total value exceeding $500, we provide the option of delivery on a physical medium (SD card or USB drive) to your designated postal address. To avail this service, please indicate your delivery address in the order comments. We will subsequently furnish you with an email detailing the shipping costs applicable to your region. Upon dispatch of the parcel, a tracking number will be transmitted to your email address for shipment monitoring.

Claims pertaining to the delivery of digital goods are accepted within a 30-day period from the date of their dispatch to your email. Failure to submit a claim within this 30-day window will be interpreted as your full satisfaction with the purchase, and our obligations will be considered fulfilled.
